Order Processing
Each and every Pixie Cake is hand crafted. This may lead to slight variations in colors and embelishments. Finished product may differ slightly from product images.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for order completion. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up or delivery.

Please note: Pucks are approximately 2 inches in diameter and 1 inch in height, with the exception of the Minis and Petites.
Keep Pixie Cakes away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep cool or at room temperature until ready to eat.
Not recommened for outdoor events.
About Me
Hello, I am Dawn, creator and owner of Pixie Cakes!!
Pixie Cakes by Dawn is a small Cottage Industry business that is operated out of my home, I have lived in the Kansas City Metro area my whole life.
I grew up in Shawnee, Kansas and moved to Missouri shorty after getting married. I currently reside in Kearney, Missouri with my family. I am a mother of two amazing kids and have been married to my wonderful husband since 1997.
Starting Pixie Cakes by Dawn has been a true leap of faith. I started making cake pucks for friends and family and even a couple of fund raisers, as a fun, new dessert. I had so many positive words about my creations that Pixie Cakes by Dawn was born.
I am dedicated to offering a delightful assortment of creative and delicious cake pucks. My flavors and designs are crafted with care and passion to bring joy to my customers. I take pride in providing a fun and indulgent treat for everyone to enjoy. With bright, playful colors and a large selection of designs, there is a Pixie Cake for everyone!
Pick-Up and Delivery
Pick-up
Local pickup is the preferred, pickup orders don't incur any additional fees.
Pick-up is in Kearney. Exact address will be provided via e-mail.
Delivery
Delivery requests will need to be made at the time of ordering and included in payment.
If you are within 20 miles of my address, a delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to your order.
ALL PICK UPS AND DELIVERIES WILL TAKE PLACE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS. NO EXCEPTIONS
Shipping
I do not offer shipping.
Payment and Refund Policies
Current Designs
Payment in full must be made prior to the order being fulfilled and prior to pick-up/delivery.
Custom Orders
A 50 percent deposit is required on all custom orders, no exceptions.
This includes any delivery fees.
Once production has started on your order, no refunds will be issued.
If your product needs change prior to completion, order may be cancelled and no final payment will be due. There is no refund on deposit.
Please allow 4 weeks for Custom Orders.
Final payment is due 5 days prior to pick-up/delivery. No cash payments.
No refunds will be issued on completed orders.
Cake Care
You are purchasing perishable goods. You will be provided information on how to properly store your Pixie Cakes until ready for consumption.
Failure to follow recommendations does not result in refunds or replacements.
No refunds will be issued on items that have been picked-up or delivered.
All sales are final.
Potential Allergens
All Pixie Cakes by Dawn products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not an allergen-free environment. While reasonable care is taken during preparation, I cannot guarantee the absence of all allergens or accommodate all specific food allergy requests. This kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten. Products may contain trace amounts of these and other allergens.
Every order you receive will have the proper labeling the state of Missouri requires. If you have questions about ingredients, please, do not hesitate to contact me
